Tidal Wave Auto Spa | Car Wash

This is my favorite part of the ultimate Tidle Wave Auto Spa!! After you get your outer car squeaky clean, you have the choice to vacuum the inside with 2 different nozzles, AND they have the compressed air you can use to blow in between all the hard to reach areas!! Out of all the car washes I have experienced with here in Raleigh, NC, Tidle Wave Auto Spa is by far my absolute favorite!!! 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend!!

I really needed to get my car washed and saw that this new place had just opened. So I wanted to check it out and see what the hype was all about. Kate was awesome! She walked me through all of the options that would work best for what I needed. The drive-thru car wash was well attended and cleaned my car very efficiently. They have quite a few individual stalls to then park your car in. This is one of those places where you clean the interior yourself. Definitely more cost effective and that way I know I'm getting the job done that I want. The vacuums and compressed air were awesome! They also have tons of fresh towels and cleaning spray to get all the hard surfaces and glass in your car clean. If you haven't checked this place out yet, I highly recommend it!

I am currently visiting Raleigh, North Carolina, and I had the absolute pleasure of stopping by Tidal Wave Auto Spa. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, energetic, and upbeat. It truly felt like more than just a car wash it felt like home with a party vibe. Everyone was friendly, smiling, and genuinely happy to assist. The entire environment was positive and professional. I want to start by recognizing Will for his outstanding and exceptional customer service. When I went through the car wash, Will personally assisted me with pre-washing part of my vehicle and warmly welcomed me to Tidal Wave Auto Spa. His energy was incredible very cool, optimistic, and upbeat. He smiled the entire time and made the experience feel personal and enjoyable. After I exited the wash, he didn’t stop there. He came over to assist me again, helped clean my mats, and took the time to show me exactly where the vacuum stations were located. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood how to use the amenities. His attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. I have never experienced this level of customer service at a car wash before. I would

10/10 experience! I was greeted with hospitality and a smile from the jump, and the wash had my car looking like it just got a brand-new identity! My daughter said the vacuums were so strong that they are going to suck her up in a heartbeat — I had to keep an eye on her! 😂 Thank you for the awesome experience and for getting my car cleaner than SOME of my life choices! 🚗💨😝 Also shout out to to Will ☺️☺️
